No, not trying out for the producer thing. I just want to be the imaging voice for their show. I didn't realize they were hiring a board op/producer.

After meeting with Bob, he seemed pretty sure about wanting to work with me. Now, I just wait and see... (and bug him a little, to remind him).

what software do you record and edit in?

do you produce the entire spot or do you just record your VO?

If I record in my home studio, I use Adobe Audition. Most times, I just send a dry voice file to the client and they do all of the production. Very rarely do I do any post-production, except for DJ drops/tags.

For that trailer, though, I was in my booth recording via ISDN to a studio in the UK.
