I found them perfectly cooked. Had 2 yesterday and 3 today Assuming all store bought hbe are the same, think I will really enjoy getting these from costco. Still think scrambled taste better, but these 2 packs are going to be real convenient.

The one at top was like nov 30 but after opening said eat within 7 days. I expect the costco eggs will be around nov 30, and now i won't have to worry about the eat within 7 days thing.

You gonna keep unpeeled eggs around for 40 days?

Decided to get some steps in before noon games and walked to costco... Nov 13! Changes calculus some. I mean i guess i wouldn't have to eat a pack every day still, but 16 packs in 25ish days gives me pause

They're probably just fine after the stamped date. I was just curious what shelf life they ascribed to them.

Gonna compare shelf life with sams later this week. Sams are a few pennies cheaper per pack, 8 less eggs total, and not organic

Costco must have been old stock. 12/22 for the sams HBE, ended up getting one

I think they're smaller, but maybe they taste better. Never had them.

New pallet of hbe at costco is 12/25 best by date. The cage free at sams are good though and i get 2% cash back

To the point now i prefer these to scrambled. Eat a pack a day, sometimes 2 packs(4 eggs) Just such an easy snack. Open pack, cut in half, salt/pepper and done. Def store bought though, if I had to cook both at home I'd still do scrambled.

Got the costco HBE today, also good. Easier to open the set of 2 eggs, however stupid that 2 2-packs are connected and have to tear along a perforation

Costco hard boiled eggs are better than the sams eggs, imo. If anyone cares about my expert opinion. Sams all the eggs are like "dented" from resting against each other. Costco eggs also taste better. One of my costco packs had 3 smaller eggs than 2 regular sized eggs

Check out this baller set up from Severance

Looks cool but too much effort to me. Cutting in half good enough for me. Yesterday i didn't even cut them

7 min or gtfo.

Soaking them in soy sauce, mirin, sake, and rice wine vinegar for a few hours is how you get those delicious eggs they out in ramen. I could eat a dozen of those.

Costco still had the ones i posted before. Best by 12/30. They also had these, like 3 dollars cheaper, best by Feb 3, so got them to try
