I am Mr. Deal man myself. I could hardly give a shit about brands, its all about a great deal to me. Cheapest soda, cheapest drink, etc. Here are a few of the exceptions:
Cameras: Nikon all the way. I currently have 3 bodies, 3 flashes, and close to double digits in lenses between my work stuff and my personal ones, and have absolutely no desire to switch. Just simplifies my photography stuff to keep it in one brand.
Ice Cream: Breyer's Ice Cream, except for Food Lion Moosetracks. Breyer's does not do that flavor so I will often go for the store brand for that flavor alone.
Electronics Shopping: Newegg. This usually gets me the best deal, but honestly I usually don't even price compare anymore. If I need something for my PC or any electronics, I just Newegg it. 10/7/2011 9:42:42 AM |

It's margarine. And their products have trans fat, so just be careful with that stuff.

I buy only quality at a good value price. If it fails, falls apart, DOA, poor service, high price, poor performance anything that isn't a great experience, I never buy again. I don't care how much they try to "brandwash".
My loyalty typically comes from products that last and provide me the very best value for the dollar. I may pay a bit more just for the extra quality of some parts and goods I deem important to protect the value of the overall item. Like a power supply for a computer, or an engine part for my car.
I also have a two-strike policy. One failure, I may try again after a given amount of time. Second failure to perform and the product or brand is banned for life, no matter how good the service is.
If it's a product that is based on personal preference, well then it's personal preference.
Too many chapstick loyal fans ITT. It's about brand loyalty, not about what's your favorite flavor.

I used to be loyal to Anheuser-Busch products when my mother worked with a distributor. He has since gone to jail. For the past few years it has been all Miller products.
All Titleist like I am sponsored by them for everything. Scotty Cameron, Vokey wedges, Pro V1s, etc. 10/11/2011 1:01:15 PM |

My brand loyalty is transient and mood dependent.
So I reckon I suck at loyalty. 10/11/2011 1:45:50 PM |

After thinking about it for a while I realize I don't really have any brand loyalty. All my shopping and buying decisions come down to price, convenience, and quality
I mean I like coke better than pepsi so I always get coke when possible (quality factor), but I'll still get pepsi if it's cheaper (price factor) and coke's new 2 liter bottles won't fit in my fridge so I don't buy them (convenience factor). Stuff like Wal-mart vs target usually comes down to which is closer, also target annoys me because the door is usually on the left of the store instead of the middle or on both sides like wal-mart, so if you want something on the right side (like electronics) you have to walk across the whole store.
There are some brands that I dislike, sometimes rationally sometimes not. I don't like Playstation, don't know why, never had one or wanted one.
Also Ragu sucks. I'd rather eat food lion brand. 10/11/2011 2:49:47 PM |

There's not too many brands that I'm super loyal to. A few though:
Carolina Packers hotdogs New Balance shoes I wear Polo and Nautica shorts almost exclusively. Jockey boxers Gold Toe socks
I'd like to point out though, that I wouldn't really consider myself to be supremely loyal to the above products and brands. I like those products but would most certainly be willing to buy a different brand if I thought there was a better option available in terms of quality and/or price.
