i love how you guys get geared up for the big event of destroying my self esteem or whatever.
it really did take me 3 bowl hits and 15-20 minutes
the snare is default actually - because it's a draft. i can snares anytime, i was just lazy. kick drum and clap are also default. why would i give away a finished product to a bunch of known thieves?

I think what he's doing is making remarkably bad beats in an attempt to make his whole "beat making" look like it was all a troll... even though he was likely really trying earlier. yea man - i play a lot of guitar drums etc. and I like a break from actually 'performing'. I've enjoyed focusing on (we'll use quotes here again) "composing" in a structured, non-glissando, perfectly in tune medium once in a while. I have a Hammond w/ left hand accordion chord keys I just picked up with the thought of bridging the gap between the two (minus the annoying drumbeats) I am most certainly NOT good at drumbeats but the notes and interlocking melodic and tempo ideas are quirky and not derivative of anything I listen to so I find personal fulfillment in creating what I want to hear.
