Easy to do it yourself if you pop the cut you bought in the freezer to 15-30 minutes. Firms it up enough to get good thin cuts. 11/8/2018 1:34:57 PM

I asked around a while back and I couldn't find one. You may have luck with a butcher tho...just usually more $.
I firm it up in the freezer and slice with one of those cheapo slocers. Works great. 11/8/2018 2:18:46 PM

I don't even bother freezing. Just need a decent knife. It is super easy. If you're too lazy to slice meat, you don't deserve homemade jerky. 11/8/2018 5:04:35 PM

I believe there are some things in life that are reserved for folks willing to put in the effort it takes to obtain them. We're not talking about much effort here, either. 11/8/2018 8:50:34 PM

I started with two whole deer hams off a big ass doe. I cut it all off the bone, trimmed the silver skin and other crap, then sliced it. It's all between 1/16" and 1/8" I guess. I had over 12 lbs when I got done slicing.
I use a cheap Nesco. 12/24/2018 8:43:53 AM
