i didn't read enough details to decide who's right (if anyone) and who's wrong

but i do know that i have no tolerance for fighting over anything this fucking stupid. it's kinda like a car--i don't expect to never have a problem with it, but if it's ate up with all kinds of stupid bullshit problems like this, you can bet it'll be replaced in short order
