I call BS to the it costs them too much. They probably spent as much for downtown as they did at the fair grounds.

I went to Dorthea Dix, would have been awesome if they had shot them properly. Left as we couldn't see them.

Parking was fine but leaving was a mess.

They also need a lot more food vendors on side streets and stuff if they're going to do it downtown, I ain't waiting 90 minutes for a damn funnel cake.
