put soapy water in it and boil it... wash out, repeat... it will eventually work... I had a similar issue with garlic smell in one of my simmer pans

I don't think its cast iron. Its steel maybe? Its a silver metal that used to be nonstick maybe 30 years ago

Does anyone in the area have ONLY high speed time warner cable internet? I'm looking to cancel my tv and just keep the turbo but I think it ends up being like $70 a month and that's kind of not even worth it when I'm paying 100 for that and HD cable, dvr etc with the bundle

anyone use any other internet service providers that they're happy with?

I was hoping to just spend like $40-$50 a month for internet and just watch w/e shows I want streaming online

my apartment complex is about to jack my rent up at least 100 bucks come renewal time and I need to save money somewhere

what kind of doctor do I go see for sleeping issues if my problem is my dreams keep being so horrific that I am woken out of a sound sleep and so mentally freaked out I can't fall back asleep?

I've been waking up at 4am for probably a week and a half now and it is seriously killing me

Though, I don't have much faith in the mental health field, based on personal experiences (though admittedly, I don't remember what type I saw - psychiatrist or psychologist).

i don't think they're night terrors. once I wake up I'm "fine" other than being totally freaked out

I swear though I was dreaming roaches were crawling on me and as I was waking up I grabbed on and threw it off me and turned on the lights. of course nothing was there but I couldn't fall back asleep after that.

I don't have just a normal physician though I guess now is as good as any to find one

^^ I googled night terrors and I remember reading about what sam wrote. I don't have the same symptoms. I think I'm just having anxiety or stress issues and it's taking its toll on me. I have an appt with a general practitioner tomorrow so I can figure out what kind of specialist I should be getting referred to. thanks everyone for the tips
