I hope everyone has their costumes. Tonight I stopped in at Party City to see if there was anything there I could use. The place was packed! It looked like a grocery store an hour after the weather man says it could ice.

I realized tonight that I don't think I I have dressed up for Halloween since my Sophomore year in HS other than a show we played on Halloween but it wasn't much of a costume.

I'm just not much of a costume guy for whatever reason. Store-bought costumes seem boring but I don't have the patience to spend a ton of time on a cool costume for one night. I enjoy halloween, just not dressing up. Not sure why. I do enjoy seeing others' costumes though when I am out on halloween.

^You really don't need to spend a ton of time on a costume. It should only take one trip to the craft store, grocery store, or hardware store. It took me about 20 minutes to make my Back to the Future II hover board costume in 2008, and last years yard dart through the head took about 15 minutes to make once I had everything bought. The Deviled Egg, and Cereal Killer costumes that other people have made also take about 5 minutes to make.

hey nerds, i was at mellow mushroom last night and the waitstaff all had on their costumes. one guy was in dress pants with a shirt, tie, and vest. he had some sort of backpack thing sorta like a jetpack. had some clear tubes/canisters coming out of the top. i think it had some a small lightsaberish gun sort of thing attached with a cord to the pack sorta like ghostbusters, but definitely not a ghostbuster. who was he supposed to be?
