i just purchased "Sports Pass" for $5.95 - it says i have access to over 20 sports channels. it was a Pay Per View type of order, meaning i didn't just sign up for $5.95/mo. i bought Sports Pass for the weekend most likely, hell maybe it's just for today.

so it's not something you order today and cancel tomorrow, paying a prorated amount. just FYI.


EDIT: now that i'm reading online, maybe i did just sign myself up for $5.95/mo Sports Pass. i've never been able to add subscriptions by just clicking a button on my remote. i've always had to call and talk to someone to get channels added. but this was just like a Pay Per View purchase. i guess i'll find out next weekend

I didn't have to pay anything, and I checked my bill and am not paying per month. I did pay for a game last season, so who knows what happened but it doesn't look like I'm paying anymore.

it might be part of your cable package already. the first year i had TWC, i signed up for a cable/internet bundle that included Sports Pass and some other Movies Pass with Starz and a few others. when that bundle ran out and i signed up for a new bundle, i ended up not having those channels anymore.

it's at the bottom of that list, it says (EXCLUSIVE) behind it.

once you click the game, you'll have to login with your TWC username/password to prove you have a cable subscription for ESPN if you want to actually watch it. TWC or whatever else cable provider you have, that is.
