I guess "four years closer" is Romney's line of the night.

Does Romney really want to go into the good/bad list for the last four years?

Romney and Ryan are both without foreign policy experience. It's kind of unfair to expect him to be playing on the same level on a debate focused on this one issue.

I don't remember McCain owning Obama this hard in 2008.

Romney needs to let the moderator moderate.

^. He started to in the beginning but backed off. Obama has also been obviously holding back interruptions.

He doesn't like being told to wait his turn. He also started looking like this in the second debate. Being told when to speak really seems to rankle him.

Obama needed to lay off repeating Romneys flip flops and bring some counters to his points. I've wanted him to call out Romney on "four years closer" for 3 debates. They would be "four year closer" whether they spent $50 or $500 million. You can't measure that progress in years.

Other than that he has been very good tonight. CNN's plus minus poll Obama is killing.

Romney: Move the world away from terror and build up our military presence overseas.

That's his foreign policy in a nutshell. A paradox policy for Schroedinger's candidate.

Even for people not watching this debate, there have certainly been enough memorable quotes that this is going to stay alive and be played and replayed over and over in the news afterwards.

... not to mention SNL is going to have a field day with this.

So now Romney wants to be buddies with China? I'm confused I thought he wanted to get tough on China.

Wait, he's contradicting himself in mid paragraph! This man is making Nixon look like a goddam amateur at lying.
