Absolutely. The shitty education kids receive in public school is reason enough. The increasing frequency of these shootings just makes it a stronger argument. Schools are already dangerous enough with the amount of abuse and bullying that goes on.

And yet, it rarely does. I'm not faulting the public school system, although there is probably some culpability there. I'm saying that public school is dangerous and I wouldn't send my child to one.

serious injuries result in being critically injured or killed. you can be stabbed, go to the hospital, and be released in a few hours. i wouldn't call that a serious injury.

could not agree more with removing the stigma and improving our mental health situation. that being said, it would also require someone like him seeking out mental help before he'd even show up on the radar. i mean unless we mandate mental health screening which may not be a bad idea

the cops are going door to door to try to find any children that might be missing as a neighbor reported that she saw children running away from the school during the shooting
