SchndlrsFist, what made The Lathe of Heaven so good? I loved the first Wizard of Earthsea book, but when I tried to read the rest of the trilogy I couldn't into her prose.

It is set in the same world, but it has all new characters. Alot more action in the second book with a faster pace since he doesn't have to spend much time world building. I read throught that book really quick and liked it. If you like the world setting from Shipbreaker, then I suggest you give the Drowned Cities a shot.
