One of my favorite sections must be Lake Wheeler road, from Centennial Parkway to South Saunders. About 2 years ago they decided to "repair" the road and literally patched over 50% of it. Naturally, the patches aren't smooth and are considerably larger than the cracks and potholes were. In essence, that section of road is a complete shit show.

youre welcome black jesus! it wasnt me as im never in there between 6am and 2pm. i work 2nd or 3rd shift only. the first shift crew is kind of questionable with the message boards. half the time i dont think they actually use them. i use them all the time on 2nd shift though.

Who should have the right of way here assuming that both cars wish to make a right turn? is it always car B or should it be based on who arrives at their respective stop sign first?
