i kinda get the hooplah over "redskins". but fsu? they're the seminoles... it'd be okay to draw a seminole. it's not a derogatory term, it's the name of the tribe. if i had a cool enough heritage (i don't, just a mixed bag of honkey) to be able to claim a tribal name, i think it'd be awesome myself.

also: i'd totally rock an NC State Honkies hat, shirt, and keychain.

Florida State versus NC State tickets midfield lower level section 20 on the 50 yard line row N and seats are on the aisle 1 and 2 (so at the end easy in and out) on the NC State State football team home side WITH a stadium southeast parking pass total out the door 250. These seats are AWESOME and I have been offered 300 plus but want to sell to someone in Raleigh or coming to Raleigh by 10AM Saturday morning. Message me if interested.

other side of the railroad on hillsborough. its kind of cool because your whole walk to the stadium is through all of the tailgating and you dont have to wait in any traffic after the game.

Their other top DL guy pulled his pectoral. So they're without the top DL. Of course they'll just plug them in with other HSAA, but this is pretty good news for us. If we can run the ball well, it gives us a chance. Brisset better be on point.

^^^Maybe the that lot by the water tower at intersection of blue ridge and hillsborough. It's free (or was last year)...but you may have to get there fairly early. Not sure.

Eh, top DE is out, #2 DT is out, Goldman is their top DT and he'll still be out there wrecking the center of our OL, esp. with Thuney out and us starting a true freshman at guard.

If we have any chance of winning 8 games this year, we need to get through the next 2 weeks without any injury. Of course I would like us to win these games, but with this coaching staff, we need to really lower expectations.

Exactly, and no one wearing that NCSU uniform wants to go out there and lay down just because they should lose. You don't get many chances to beat the number one team in the country but there will be plenty of seasons to make the tire bowl. If there is one game to go out and leave it on the field, as a player this would be the one I would choose.

plus, i dont like our playoff chances with a loss so i'm sure the coaches are aiming to win. talent doesnt win games. it takes a lot more than talent for everyone to play together, execute the game plan and for coaches to notice strategy details, adjust the gameplan and have the players still execute the new gameplan together with the adjustments. If one team does all of this, then talent doesn't matter. If both teams do all of this, then yes the more talented team will win and if neither team does any of this, then yes the more talented or luckier team will probably win.

2 years ago FSU came out and executed to the point where they destroyed us in the first half. In the 2nd, they either didn't make adjustments or didn't execute them and got dominated even more by us to lose the game, despite having far superior talent and playing a great half.

Its rare in a football game that both teams do all of this. So every game comes down to, if you play almost perfect, you are pretty much going to win. of course this whole post only applies to teams with some basic minimum of talent. Power 6 talent.
