There were lots of empty seats. Besides the ones directly along the side of the court and the ends of the court, it was fairly empty. Basically all of the diagonals were 100% empty

I meant busy as in lots of action on the court, more reasons to go to Reynolds. I really wish more would for the women's games, this is the most talented team we're going to see in any NC State major sport besides baseball for a while.

Just make women's basketball as exciting as the men's game and that won't be a problem. I mean it's awesome that the women's team is great but women's basketball sucks and that's why no one shows up. Our men's team isn't so terrible and/or our women's team isn't so elite that people are going to show up to catch a glimpse of greatness like fans of others teams do, sorry.

lol. look, i don't watch enough women's basketball to go in depth on the nuances of their game vs the men's. but people showed up to watch the Pack men's team score 24 points in an entire game...but yes, it's the women's game that needs to be more watchable.

honestly, men's basketball is often pretty shitty to watch...refs are generally inconsistent and bad, flops, poor shooting, etc. elite teams are really fun to watch...mediocre teams can often be painful to watch.

but the women should definitely do more dunks!

^I watched some of the Baylor/Cal game last night....yeah they're going to be a problem. They have a 6'7" girl that Cal was trying to triple-team without much luck. Apparently the only game they lost this season was when she got in foul trouble and only played 15 minutes.

Making the Elite 8 down 4 players, including multiple starters, is a damn good season any way you look at it.

Return Hunter, Konig, Cunane, mix in some experienced players after this season, and also bringing in a top 10 recruiting class with 2 5* players. Just have to hope we can stay a little healthier next year.

Our women's team is in the sweet 16 and our men's team is in the NIT, so yea the women's team IS better.

If he said "our baseball team is better than our basketball team" would you say "I bet our basketball team would win by 50!!!" or would you be forced to admit that's obviously not how Justin meant the comparison.

As for shooting, our women's team might be better, I'm not sure. I don't think anyone would be surprised if the women won a 3 pt contest.

Just got back from the game.

Iowa was just better than us. First half we doubled Gustafson constantly to keep the ball out of her hands and the rest of the team scored basically at will. Second half they just dropped dimes over the top to Gustafson and there was nothing we could do. Didn't help that we couldn't hit a 3 to save our lives or that the refs let an awful lot of contact go near the basket.

Iowa was just better today. By a lot. But as good as they were, Baylor was waaaaaay better. They are insanely good. Was fun to see them in person.

I don't think Moore is at the top of Tennessee's list, mainly because he's 61. I'd be surprised if they don't back up the armored truck for Walz. Yeah he's built something at UL, but Tennessee is one of those hallowed head coaching jobs and is still a place that a decent coach could pretty much hand pick which receipts they wanted.

What a fantastic season. No big upset wins (hard to get them when you're rarely an underdog and ND and Louisville were practically invincible), but we beat some great teams and only lost two winnable
games (arguably because our top 3 players were all hurting at the same time).

Excited to see what's in store next year with some great recruits coming in and hopefully everyone stays healthy.

The 2019 class includes 2 5*, 1 4*, 1 3*, and a highly rated post-grad(ESPN labels them a 4*).
