I see the plane full of heroin going one of three ways:
1. Charlie never knows about it or Locke gets rid of it.
2. Charlie finds out about it and is able to resist it.
3. Charlie finds out and is able to resist, then Claire dies and he spends the next few seasons high

Not really what I think'll happen, but it is an option.

5. Someone else gets hooked on heroin and charlie will have to help him/her beat it.

That'd be a twist.
