I had a customer email yesterday FREAKING OUT because she couldn't get any incoming email. Nothing seemed wrong with the account and I got this email today:

This woman barges into my work, and really does say "where da wolfline at? We're going to the fair!"

I tell her I don't know, have never heard of wolfline running to the fair from this location, but if she'll give me a minute, I'll find something out. Well, I try to. right about "give me", she cuts me off and does "i wanna talk to somebody else. I'M GOING TO THE FAIR, AND YOU'RE WRONG"

..Wrong about telling her I dunno about such a service, and TRYING to tell her other locations nearby that she can hop on a bus for the fair.
