Eh, you can't really say that for sure. Sometimes they have 3-4 BOCs per woot off. sometimes none. Sometimes they're closer to the beginning than the end. They really try to keep you on your toes when it comes to stuff like that.

You surely can't say that knowing the ending point for a woot-off would mean you know when a BOC will show up. That's not how it works at all.
