I've been making so many noobish mistakes.

For instance, I got two tickets for the cask beer on thursday and did not use one of them. I forgot and got charged for it at the end of the night and didn't feel like convincing the waitress we didn't use the ticket.

Also, I didn't get credited 2 beers last week and told them but it still hasn't got credited. 8 beers away and I am about burnt out. should be 6 dammit.

^well Tom told me it went into effect last night and since it's a corporate policy I'm pretty sure they'll be adhering to it at all locations. B/c I'd imagine if they don't the managers will be fired for violation of corporate policy.

yeah i've heard the managers and staff talk about it down here but it's such a general policy that it's going to do more harm than good. What about your regulars who walk to the bar and want to spend an entire afternoon or evening there? are you going to make them leave after 6 pints or close out, wait 30 minutes, and come back? what about people with plate parties who have plans to take a cab or DD home? are you going to make them stop their party at 6 pints and forfeit the rest of their tab?

I went to the Saucer for the second time this past week (the first time was so long ago I don't even know if I was 21). My friend and I each ordered a shot and a beer. The waitress gives us the spiel about the new "customer return policy" and then gets confused about whether or not the shot counts as one of the two allowed drinks that hour. After much debate and a discussion with the manager, they decided it's ok, and they allow us a second beer that hour I see the intention behind what they're doing, but it's going to make me less likely to go there in the future.
