Every game so far this year has been pretty packed, I think all but the CMU game was sold out ahead of time IIRC. The 2nd half of each game normally starts out pretty noticeable that people are gone, but by midway through the 3rd its pretty full again. The game against UNC looked to me like a lot less people had left at half-time (probably had something to do with the fact we were actually beating a real opponent at the half).

UNC fans talking shit about attendance is beyond laughable.

i was told TOB showed the tape or audio or whatever of withers
comments about graduation rates smartness, whatever you wanna call it
either before the game or at halftime, maybe both. if true this would explain their desire to beat us. after i heard that it kinda made since
as to why they were fired up. too bad withers didnt use the same logic
again outcoached....coaches first job is to prpare ur team and clearly we were not on the offensive side...unbelievable....wonder has anyone else heard about this?

^^the only way I could see a meeting like that happening during the season is if they've stated upfront that they aren't looking to hire Peterson and are looking for his advice on other coaches.

Frankly, that scenario seems almost as unlikely as Peterson leaving BSU (and a potential automatic bid in the Big East next year) for UNC (with its punishments and competing for attention with the BBall program).

not sure of a better place to put this, but tried to take some pics of dbags tailgating near me on saturday. the pics arent great, but this first one shows the truck flying unc AND lsu flags, one of the guys was rocking lsu gear...at a state/unc tailgate. nothing worse than wearing the colors of a team not playing to a game.


i look up a few minutes later and the guy on the right has wrapped himself in an ohio state flag



i would bet any amount of money that these guys are the type that say "oh i root for unc in bball and osu/lsu in fball." friggin dbags.

goes to show that every game we played in the last 5 years we've been more focused and discipline than UNC. They've had turnovers, penalties, breakdown in composure (the fight/punch last year), and the we are in their head factor.
