To be fair, resisting arrest is often a bullshit charge. You can get resisting arrest without being charged with anything else prior. I've been in the car and seen my friend arrested for resisting arrest because he was pulled over and declined to take the sobriety tests the officer asked him to take. legally, you have the right to do so but the cop wanted to be able to force him to take the tests.

At the station he blew a .02 because he had only two drinks just like he told the cop. If you check his record it shows he had a charge for resisting arrest and a dwi* that were both dropped although he never did either.

*when you're arrested and brought downtown to do a breathalyzer, you've still be arrested so that dwi charge shows up even though after blowing under a .08 it is immediately dismissed.

For those wondering, he is portrayed as innocent since he was NOT in the act of an UNLAWFUL activity and seemed to be TARGETED based on Mr. Zimmerman's notion of what constitutes suspicious.


If Trayvon would have been walking down the street with a white shirt tie as if he just left an interview, was walking with his girlfriend, walking a dog, pushing stroller, jogging, or just MAYBE MINDING HIS OWN FUCKING BUSINESS, what makes him suspicious?
