what is a good temperature to keep the oven at to keep something warm... I made a chicken dish, and I want to keep it hot, but we won't be eating for a while- is 180 fine? or should i bump it up to 200

unless it's in a casserole, your chicken will dry out if you keep it on warm in the oven for an undisclosed amount of time.

if he keeps a chicken dish in the oven on warm for 3hrs, regardless of the tupperware not melting - the chicken is gonna dry out! i promise you that.
