Is there a website or something I can go to to get a summary of the local politicians platforms? I usually get the paper on election day but I'm trying to vote early this year and dont wanna select local judges and such based on who has the coolest name

There are two guys sitting across from one another at the table next to mine at cup a joe right now having a very intense conversation, but there is nothing on the table. No coffee, no pen/paper, just the faded lacquer of the wood acting as a stage for mindless hand gesturing. I have my headphones in so I have no idea what they're talking about but I've seen them twice suddenly shake hands mid-conversation and continue as if nothing had happened. I don't get the slightest impression there's any sexual attraction, just two dudes meeting purposefully to discuss something for which nothing is recorded. I'm not sure whether I think it's odd or if I'm envious that I don't often have such intense face-to-face conversations where beverages, food, or engineering paper is not involved and both parties seem to mutually enjoy the discourse. It's hard to explain, but it makes me wonder what could be so important that the conversation is taking place in the lack of social contrivances and yet no product of the conversation will be recorded or enhanced with any sort of extrapersonal media.
