played soccer last night...

Woke up this morning and I can barely bend my right knee. It is very painful, stiff, and from touching it is sore to the touch on the inside of the knee, just a little past the knee cap.

Any idea what could have happened that didn't bother me last night but is killing me today? No bruising showing and no real swelling that I can tell comparing to my left knee.

If it doesn't clear up in a couple days I guess I'll try and see a doctor

The movers packed it, so it should be in something that's labeled fairly well. But they did grab random things to finish boxes in a few instances. We haven't found our silverware tray either, though. So we probably are just missing a box somehow. Fortunately I found some Via sticks so all is good for the moment.
