I work with these and I think they're cute lil kittens.


One time, I had one wake up on me, when her drug wore off but I had already cut her open. She started squealing in pain, but couldn't move because of the medicine. I started bawling, cause I knew she was in pain, and I started shaking in distress and cried some more because I didn't cut her neatly enough. I wanted to cut her cleanly to give her some dignity, not like a dish rag.

The tumor had to be fresh out of her. It was also a survival surgery, so couldn't kill her first, and then take tumor out. And we couldn't give her more drug because she may O.D., had already given her the max dose for her weight. So I was S.O.L. Hate to see any creature suffer like that.
