I got zero of what I asked for. I asked 4-5 hrs per day over the course of 5 days. I got 7-8 hr days over 3 days or in one case 4 which exceeds my availability hours.

I'm *this close* to quitting. Training has essentially paid for my son's ER visit.

It sucks overall though bc I kinda like what I'm doing and I think working from home is the best choice for us. BUT...I'm exhausted after 8 hr nights. Like a zombie poorly functioning human which is not good for husband relations and motherhood. They trump in this scenario.

I had to do it for training, but training ends Saturday and then I immediately work three night shifts sun-tues. so no break from training (which is 40 hr/week) either.

Calls are slow in training which is why I'm able to post right now.

I used to play this game when I was younger and it went a little like this.

I would stand in front of the toilet in the standard male piss taking stance. As soon as the stream hit the water I would flush the toilet and see if I could finish pissing before the water emptied. It was actually pretty easy to win back in the day when toilets used like 10 gallons to flush. It's MUCH harder now with the hippy water saving toilets.

I drink. I don't drink as regularly as I used to, and that's a good thing, because I'd be dead.

I do use it to self medicate, but in the end it does little good, and often harms more than it helps.

But in the interim, it numbs me out and helps me keep control...well somewhat. I wouldn't be spouting this drivel unless I was drunk. Which I am.
