I can't help but lol at my two skinny male coworkers who are counting calories and doing cardio P90x to get big and buff. Lose weight, sure, but that calorie deficit isn't going to help you build muscle/get swole on a cardio bunny routine.

Its like 20 replies deep with a shit load of people copied by now, so my team lead emails and is like "I'm going on vacation today, whats the scope of this issue" and the PM obviously didn't read any of the email and just replied "Thanks everyone, happy holidays"

Dog got loose today....I chased her around the yard, around the pond, around the neighbors house, across the street, around the house across the street, then she runs into another dog who chases her back into the street only to get clipped by a car!!! She seems fine, had a little bleeding around her teeth, but I can't find anything else wrong with her...must be a Christmas miracle. Only now Im not feeling so well from all the running and screaming I did while I was chasing her :/
