Disappointed there's no Atlanta show for the timberlake/jay z tour. But if Detroit gets mad, I'm sure Atlanta would take em

I used ground turkey breast to make it healthier, I 've never done that before and I was scared the turkey would be dry and tasteless but overall it was very yummy.

Now I need to come up with something else I can make a big batch of and eat all week long. I'm trying to save money and being healthier

^^^maybe a vegetarian lasagna? Pasta isn't great for you but if you used veggies and less/low fat cheeses it shouldn't be too bad.

Zucchini lasagna where you use zucchini slices in place of noodles is really tasty. And the way I usually make it a pretty large portion is like 250 calories and very filling.

I make mine based off http://allrecipes.com/recipe/no-noodle-zucchini-lasagna/ but don't use as much mozzarella/Parm, and omit the mushrooms because it makes it too watery. Normally I just use one of the large cans of spaghetti sauce and add some seasonings rather than making it the way they have. If I use meat it's ground turkey or chicken sausage. You can pretty much add whatever you want. It usually is a little looser than regular lasagna. Letting it sit for a bit after you take it out of the oven helps, but I also don't really care because it tastes so good.

If I wait until I am supposed to take my next sudafed, it will be 11:45 p.m. I am debating just taking it now so I can get that jacked up feeling out of the way before like, 4 a.m. and actually sleep. And also because I am already miserable again.

I'm aggravated because I thought I had bought the 12 hr release and found when I got home that it isn't. Every 4 hours is for the birds.

Every 4 hours is GREAT! Medications have peaks and troughs. A 90 minute trough is more tolerable than a THREE HOUR trough.

I would rather be miserable for an hour or so than completely stuffed up for many hours.

Can you cycle decongestants the way they have you cycle different pain meds to avoid the troughs?

no, i wish though.

asked a pharmacist once about that.

It is REALLY bad for your heart and blood pressure.

Trust me when i say supraventricular tachycardia and shortness of breath is rather painful.

In other words legal disclaimer here..........take your medications as directed.

Also, the only other decongestant out there: phenylephrine, is worthless. It doesn't do shit for my occasional stuffy nose, much less for an actual sinus infection or virus.

True true. It's just remembering and having them on hand every 4 hours.

neti pot helps

I was desperate enough a few years ago to use that sinus buster spray. It has capsaicin. Burns like a motherfucker, but did provide some relief.

Bottombaby: Heh, I ALWAYS keep mucinex-d with REAL psuedophedrine on me. In my purse, my work bag, my nightstand.

I am too stuffed up for a neti pot to do anything. I have tried a few times and I guess my sinuses are just too clogged for it to do any good.

The NetiPot is better than nothing, but I love the SinuCleanse bottle. The positive pressure is just enough to push some of the crud out.
