cool i was kind of hoping it would be more around 65~75% of the game considering you can't do all of the Taxi, Ambulance, Firetruck and Ability leveling things now.

the snow storm

if you're having trouble, just run outside of the building when the cops show up. there should be about 3 in a hallway as you are leaving, but then run outside and take the first car you see and drive the fuck out of there. if you stay in more of them will come after you, usually from different angles, and a lot of them have shotguns so you need to gtfo

My attempts to use the six axis controls for the helicopter were very comical.

Very fun game so far. I like that I can take cabs places. Makes it easier to focus on the missions at hand!

^^same here. I was waiting and waiting and waiting for the hard part to get there and it never did

then i got away in the pick up truck that was loaded down with cargo. It was a fun mission though. I think i killed every single cop on the scene before i drove off lol

It's certainly the most difficult mission up until that point, but as long as you stay relatively patient and shoot your way out instead of just running for it, it's manageable.

my best tip would be to clear out the house of all the dealers BEFORE you pick up the coke...once they're all dead, get the armor and health...armor is in same room as coke, health is across the hall somewhere...also plan your route of escape so you don't end up running into dead end rooms and screwing yourself...i was able to get away the first few times I tried the mission, but I'd always enter the Pay-n-Spray with the cops looking, and I wouldn't be able to lose my wanted level...I finally did the same thing but when I got the message about the cops seeing me in the pay and spray I just got out of my truck and jumped in a police Patriot and took off...most of the cops were wrecking with each other and I just made plenty of headway and took off and was able to escape

2 missions I'm up to now are the strip club mission for Dwayne and the Packie mission about robbing some italians

Or just take a helicopter from helitours, park it right outside the old hospital, go in and and get the coke then run out and hop back in your helicopter and take off.......avoid the whole running from the police thing all together. To get rid of the 3 star wanted level though you'll have to take the helicopter straight to a pay n' spray, land outside, hop into a car and drive into the pay n' spray. I find having a helicopter waiting outside comes in handy on about 90% of the missions you have to do.

choppers are great for getaways but if you have 5 or 6 stars they are almost too slow to get away from your warning level for good...also helicopters are a pain in the ass if you have to pick someone up underneath the subway tracks! but other than that, they're great to have

for snow storm i still say kill everybody in the hospital before you pick up the coke...also get the health and armor before you get the coke, and also plan your escape route through the building and out to the car that you hopefully backed up against that oak tree before you hit the yellow arrow in the first place

^I seem to be the only one who took the boat to get away in Snow Storm. I just grabbed the armor, sprinted through the SWAT and jumped the fence to a boat. Only took one try.

No nothing comes to shoot you down, the other police helicopters will show up but they won't try to shoot at you as long as you're on the move in a helicopter. The only tricky part about using a helicopter to get away is that with anything 3 star or above you can't simply out run the wanted level like you can with a 1 or 2 star, it requires using a pay n' spray to get rid of which means landing the helicopter near the pay n' spray and getting into a car before the cops get there.

^^incorrect. I've gotten away with all star ratings without using any pay and spray or helicopter. Actually with the helicopter I could never get out of the search zone because I was always visible to the cops.

the only time i even use pay n' spray is for fixing nice cars that i dinged up

^yeah as far as i know the wanted level doesnt just go away like in past games if you stay out of trouble, i think you have to get out of the circle for a little while or go to a pay-and-spray
