This is not really an annoyance as much as something that is just funny.

I just set up a new PC in my office to test, and its a huge dell server. We laughed about how loud the fans were and how much it would heat my office.

An hour later, I just realized im sweating to the point of my underarms getting wet. As I was about to send an email to my buddy saying "Jesus, this thing puts out a lot of heat", an email dropped in my inbox about the building A/C not working.

Heh.

No, I'm just mad that the work I'm doing is above my paygrade. If they want me to do that while they sit on their asses, fine, but I need a damn raise.

If I wasn't doing my bosses work FOR him, I'd be cleaning the store, organizing shelves, etc.
