3 of the people are different than previous elections, also their affiliations are I think are 4 republicans and 2 independents, so Harris got 100% of the independent vote and 25% of the Republican vote

Maryland is not really contentious and my district in particular is so blue only a mantis shrimp can pick up the wavelengths, but I will say that this is by far the longest line I've waited in to vote here. Read into that what you will.

It’s still very early, but in general so far today I’ve been much less stressed than the last few elections, and am feeling generally optimistic. I have heard of less voting site, for lack of a better word, “shenanagins” than I expected. I think I heard a couple bomb threats in Georgia traced back to Russia, and a college in PA that has like 10 machines for 10s of thousands of people or something. And once again, I know it’s still early, but I honestly was preparing myself for much more/worse. In general the things I’ve been reading have seemed positive. High turnout, which is good for blue. We shall see.

Possible red flag for Pennsylvania. Lackawanna is 97% counted, 51-48 for Harris. This was 53.7-45 for Biden in 2020 and he won overall by only 1%

The red counties are running almost identical to 2020

Right now Kamala only ahead by .1% popular vote by nyt estimate. And VA seems closer than expected, that was kinda first red flag for me

Yeah. I think Trump win is easily more likely than not, and a relatively convincing Trump win is probably about as likely as a Harris win.

NC and GA look pretty solid for Trump at this point. Trump is up in PA and WI by 1.5-2% with not quite half of the votes in. Those could certainly flip, but everything has to go the Democrats' way from here, and if there are some lucky breaks for the GOP (like picking up WI, which was leaning blue, and PA, which was a true toss up), then it's not gonna be all that close. 50-60 electoral vote gap.
