i'm very proud of myself right now

the lightbulbs went out in my kitchen, which has 12' ceilings. i, being only 5'9" and having but a 6' ladder, meant even standing on the "do not stand on this step you will fall off and bust your ass" step, i could not reach the lightbulbs. being the genius that i am, i dragged my dining table into the kitchen, and put the ladder on top of it, thus giving the extra height i needed to comfortably unscrew the bulbs unfortunately, i bought the wrong size replacement bulbs so now i gotta go back to target. on christmas eve.

I enjoyed going shopping today. I knew where the hell to go and how to get there w/o getting totally raped by bad drivers, so all in all it wasn't half bad! Plus the guy at total wine is so damn cheery you can't help but smile.

Now for the fun part... WRAPPING!
