I have been very productive and very active the past week or so. I really enjoy how I feel with that. However, my body is WORN out! I'm crazy sore and I'm just plain tired.

Today I worked my ass off, I was run ragged. I also played soccer with the 8th graders and 6th graders, which totally kicked my ass. I'm learning that I no longer recover as fast as I did when I was 18.

I would really like to get the self discipline again to really get back into working out. Once I set my mind to it, I'm good to go. I'm getting plenty of exercise in at work every day. Once summer hits though I will have to find me a new routine and keep it going. I just really want to get back to a healthy lifestyle that I once had.
