I got invited to go to Mundelein (near Chicago) after having three interviews in three days, and they would've been back to back had I not been traveling for one of those days. As in the HR person loved me so much that she got me to talk to the person that would be my boss later that afternoon instead of later that week, then I talked to one of the VPs, the overall head for the department the next day I was available.

Also I somehow survived two interviews while being dreadfully sick. So that's cool. Except that I still feel like shit.

Regular suburb with big giant houses. His father owned a big plumbing company and they lived in a $$$$ subdivision. I went at Christmas and it was beautiful with snow. Another time I went at summer and it was nice but super hot in August.

there were so many gays and friends out last night drinking

they werent even being rowdy or loud or overly festive, they were just amongst their closest friends having drinks and enjoying the victory

it was pretty cool

So mad at myself. My damned water has been shut off for non-payment. I went through my stack of mail today and didn't see the water bill. The thing that really ticks me off is that I had water when I got home at 4 pm, but no water at 5:10 pm and nothing can be done outside of business hours.
