Here is my recap of everything that we learned in this episode

1) M-Rod isn't bad
2) Jin does not speak english
3) There are at least 2 bunkers on the island
4) The second bunker has a different symbol
5) There were 23 survivors from the back of the plane, roughly 6-7 are still alive
6) The survivors are NOT the others
7) The others are 'infected' or at least that what they implied with the preview for next week
8) Hurley inventoried all the food and eventually started distributing it to everyone
9) Rose's husband, Bernard is still alive...and he's white

well just by the way the woman said "there were" and Michael's and Sawyer's facial expressions made me think something weird or uncommon was up....

so i thought of the most absurd thing I could think of...and that was cannibalism(remember...this show tries to throw twists to keep ya coming back)

the previews are really starting to hint at a sickness or disease....maybe the "sickness" is insanity....cause Jin looked pretty damn insane in those previews

well did you see in the previews, that dead guy with something sticking out of his gut......didn't look like cannibalism or disease but rather, someone killed him

could be the others.....they could have tortured/killed the survivors from the tail section. it would be why the remaining survivors were so cautious about michael, jin, and sawyer
