^^i think the illegality they are referring to is consuming alcohol after hours in a bar. if i'm not mistaken that's illegal regardless if they served it to you or if you brought it in yourself. hence hiding in the back room to do so.

We went there last weekend and no one came over to our table to take our order. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting I got pissed, went to the bar, and asked them to send someone our way. We got our first round of drinks for free. I was no longer pissed

From what I understand, the Lexus (flipped car) had the right of way, and the explorer ran the light and flipped it... there were some accounts of it being very violent looking, and that the lexus was actually airborne for a good little bit, but that was probably more hyperbole than anything. But the driver and passengers of the Lexus were able to climb out and walk away scratchless from it, so that's pretty good.


anyway, the glass last night is pretty cool, and I think I'm about to head back out there for some lunch and 3 more beers! (should be at 689 now)
