yeah saturn I saw you on there, but the party was full...I was playing with some other NCSU dudes but it was some of the guys with [NCSU] clantags that the TWWers played against a few nights ago

A few things...you can climb stairs but not descend them in Final Stand...a SAM turret will shoot down Valkyries...and crazy as it sounds, a Tomahawk can take down a helicopter!

this game is stupidly easy to get decent at. i went to a friends house, haven't played a ps3 in like 4 years, don't even know which button is which and i can still go .500

then again, i am a very good halo player, so i assume that translates some.

i'm sure it translates some and i'm sure you're good overall at first person shooters

that being said, the competition on 360 > the competition on PS3, generally speaking

and i'm going strictly off what multiple people who have the game on both consoles have told me, not some kind of MS vs Sony shit

and in my last video, check out how the valkyrie rocket's flight and impact match up audibly with my jump and landing, like i'm a jet with afterburners

.500 isn't decent. and keep in mind that going 1:1 on PS3 is the equivalent of about a .50 KD on Xbox.

You know what's so much fun? I'll kill a guy who is running up the stairs. THEN, I'll put a claymore on the stairs and kill another guy (or same guy). THEN, I'll hind in the corner and actually let the guy come upstairs and then shoot him. THEN, I'll hide in the other corner and shoot him again. Then I run to the adjacent room and do the same thing over again.

I'm always at least .500 every match doing this.

I've got to come up with a clever name for this type of gameplay.

First thing I figured out was when you die, dude is probably still in the area, so take a different route and surprise him. Coming back to the scene of the crime is a surefire way to get blasted again.

Sometimes though, same guy will kill me in the same room a couple times and I'll get angry and just keep running at him. Never works.

in any FPS being .500 against other people is a measure of decency. It means you didn't hurt your team in the grand scheme of things.

<.250 = terribad
.250-.500 = bad
~.500 = decent
.500-.666 = pretty good
.666-.750= good
.750+= very good and above.

Similarly, if you're playing Domination, running across an enemy's flag long enough for them to get a message that they're losing the flag is an excellent way to get dumbasses to run right to you.

yeah I'm not the only one apparently that is having the skipped 'upload' issue after rendering a clip, but nobody seems to have a solution, though my NAT type does say moderate

it's like the upload terminates as soon as it starts with a false confirmation

Speaking of getting dumbasses to run right to you...

I share this clip not because it illustrates any great skill, but because it shows the type of retards I usually get stuck with because no one wants to play anything but TDM.

I was capturing the HQ and dudes just started filing through that door. There were two more that I couldn't fit in 30 seconds, and I finally went down during a reload. After you see two or three of your buddies go down, why the hell are you going to run right behind them? Not to mention that there are four entrances to this room.
