Just got back from the game.

1) WOOOOOO WE WON. That was intense. I really wish I could go to st louis now

2) this optimism is weird.

3) the bus drivers for the team/band/cheerleaders were sitting in front of me at the game. Bunch of fat ohio dudes cheering for the wolfpack. They were pretty cool.

Speaking of realignment...each team was given 2 teams to play home-and-home each year. Looks like Louisville took Maryland's slate (Pitt and UVA). I don't see much appeal for either school in a UVA/Louisville matchup unless both teams stay top-10 forever, which they won't. ND playing Louisville makes more sense than ND playing Georgia Tech. Here's how it should be:

Boston College: Syracuse and Notre Dame
Clemson: Florida State and Georgia Tech
Duke: UNC and Wake
Florida State: Clemson and Miami
Georgia Tech: Clemson and Virginia
Louisville: Notre Dame and Pitt
Miami: Florida State and Virginia Tech
North Carolina: Duke and NC State
NC State: UNC and Wake
Notre Dame: Louisville and Syracuse
Pitt: Louisville and Boston College
Syracuse: Boston College and Pitt
