I came home. Took off the bra and napped for about a half hour. Forgot the bra was off til I was at the parking lot of the gym. Luckily I had a baggy long sleeve in the car that I wore over. Needless to say I didn't not do plyos that involved a lot of jumping.

At the hospital we have to give out a survey that says "Would you recommend us to family and friends?" and the options are "poor, average, good, very good, excellent" If we get anything besides excellent it's considered negative feedback. Shit doesn't even make sense.

I was let go from at home customer service bc I didn't get enough surveys back, and the ones I got back were usually negative bc a the customer's gamer tag was banned--which was something I had no control over whatsoever.

Room for improvement was ok, but not answering or not above a 7 your job was in jeopardy.

Sucks. Especially since from a call handler standpoint and by my team lead's point of view I was great at it. My average handle time was under their goal, my bounced call was non existant, i used my tools correctly, and I was always on time.

In other words I relate to bmel's frustration.
