We basically use the inception technique to mind fuck them. At one of the hospitals we have to say "excellent" at least 3 times while talking to them. "You did an excellent job today Skwinkle, thanks for letting use serve you."Sometimes we're just straight up and tell the that "We hope you feel that you have received excellent service today, if it was anything below that then it is considered a failure on our part." Or "Is there anything you could recommend that would help us improve our service today?" Usually responds with no. "Well then I hope you feel our service was excellent" I'm not as good with the last one. I kinda feel like a douche for backing them into a corner.

we get those surveys at work. they are on a 1-5 scale and the last question is "did we resolve your issue" or something like that (yes being 1 pt) so the highest score is 6. we get bonus $$$ if our average at the end of the month is above a 5.1. right now i am at a 5.83 so that's an extra $3 for every hour i work (plus they offer OT up to 72 hours a week). so right now my bonus for august is looking good!

i'm not telling you assholes where i work though because i know one of you would call in and give me a 1 across the board



also...i am pretty sure i fractured one of the tiny bones in the back of my hand. at first there was just a huge bruise but now the bruise is gone and there is just a hard lump that even if i just run my fingers over it sends shooting pains through my whole hand. oh well i hate doctors so little lump is going to remain for now.

I was actually sleeping (relatively) well for once tonight, and it's the first time the malfunctioning CO alarm was back upstairs. Well, no, we can't have that... smoke alarm starts going off and wakes me up. There is no smoke in my room, or anything that smells like smoke, and my window is closed.
