Question: Sharknado. It it OK for a kindergartner? My son wants to watch a "scary movie, " but I don't want something that'll give him nightmares. From all the jokes, I gather Sharknado is pretty ridiculous so I'm curious if it'll fit the bill. He's OK with PG13 type language and violence (like MIB, Avengers movies, etc). No. The one good thing about that company's leave policy was that you didn't have to get approval to use your time. You just take it when you want.

Unless you're out for more than a whole week straight, then you have to ask. And obviously they expected you to not be stupid and take the whole week before a big deadline or something.
