haha i was just referring to my trip to the gym


I did a different workout than i normally do- alot less weight, but I did slow count reps, and more reps per set with less rest. It hurt alot when I got done, but I already feel like I did nothing

i'll have to wait until tomorrow to know for sure (if i'm not sore enough, I'll just cut my cardio in half and do a shit ton of pushups)
