I had a bit of a health scare 4 months ago, and I started doing cardio everyday and eating right which has made a huge difference. My energy is up, I'm down about 30lbs currently, and really seeing positive results from all the hard work. That physical change has been such a huge boost to my self esteem.

I also start a new job on Monday that's a gigantic pay increase and have a new girl I'm seeing.

So after years of what seemed like a constant battle with depression and mindlessly wandering through life it feels like everything is finally falling into place. 2014 has been good to me.
