well what is a root canal. i just hate the dentist and my cavity doesn't hurt and it is really small and one time i remember i had a cavity, or maybe it was just weak enamel or something, but my dentist said if i stepped up the brushing (well the flossing actually) it might not need to be filled.

and i've been flossing but seriously it is so hard to floss yourself

Root Canals Sucks. Not exactly sure what they are, but if i had to guess i would say it has to do with saving the tooth from rotting.

i had a cavity filled when i was a kid


and then a couple years ago, my tooth started to hurt- turns out the filling had partially warn away, and then my tooth proceeded to amass a huge cavity underneath it

i ended up needing a rootcanal (which wasn't as bad as everyone makes it seem)- just the whole idea of it is bad (kinda like having impacted wisdom teeth taken out- it isn't that bad, but it really seems like it would be)

i guess i will get mine filled. i just really, really hate the dentist and they always numb me and i sit for 45 minutes then they come back to do the filling and 1/2 way through i can feel them drilling and it is horrible and you can't talk so and your throat is all dry so you have to make grunting noises for them to notice.

ok that only happened the one time, but it has scarred me for life. and i tried not to get another cavity but i did because i didn't know that starches turn immediately to sugar and rot your teeth even worse than a soda. so maybe if they had told me that BEFORE then this wouldn't happen. i drink diet soda but i still eat like, pretzels and shit. how am i supposed to know pretzels = sour patch kids. geez louise.
