any interest in a balls out honda 450r 4 wheeler? 48-50hp.
what happened with that other gp1200 with trailer?? that was good.
put the word out on my jeep and suburban, as soon as i sell one or the other we can deal.

yeah...don't want the 'burb. the 450R would be fun, but there are about a half dozen other toys higher on the list.
the other GP1200 is mine for $2700 as soon as he gets the title in the mail.

2007 Suzuki LT-R450 Quadracer. $4700 OBO, may consider trades. Click on the pic for more pictures.
I have seen them sometimes called a 450R or a Quad Racer 450, this is a seriously fun machine but I have no use for it. It is now on its 6th tank of gas from new, here is someone's chance to save over $2000 compared to buying a new unit. Never modified, raced, abused, barely ridden, looks, starts, rides like new. 8/20/2008 8:22:09 PM |

haha yeah, i was just joking about the tires being clean and smooth as hell. not even any mud/dirt stains between the lugs. that's a give away/proof it hasn't hardly been used much. a lot of people try to clean one up and say that shit just like they do with sportbikes, but there's always little obvious signs. 8/20/2008 8:58:43 PM |

oh I cleaned the hell out of it, but I think the fact that it cleaned up so nicely is a testament to how little actual riding it has seen. 8/21/2008 8:54:57 AM |

I need to borrow a trailer for a couple hours to move a friend's car from my apt. in Raleigh back to his house in Garner. It's a little '89 Mazda 626, so it doesn't need to be too big. I'm willing to trade a case/six-pack of your favorite brew for the favor.
PM me if you can help! 8/21/2008 10:44:23 AM |

what are you pulling with and do you have an electric brake controller? 8/21/2008 10:52:22 AM |
FenderFreek All American 2805 Posts user info edit post |
1, A Chevy Blazer, and 2, no. Do I need one for something that size? I've never pulled a car before, but it's well under the 5k lb towing capacity the towing vehicle's rated for. 8/21/2008 7:31:06 PM |
BigBlueRam All American 16852 Posts user info edit post |
^yeah, definitely not enough truck. in addition to the car, you have to consider the trailer's weight also. even if by some chance you eek under the 5k, you still would definitely want a brake controller, unless you get a trailer with surge brakes.

i have a set of fairly new repro chrome c5 zo6 wheels in the stock sizes. front tires are 245 nitto555's and the rear tires are 305 nitto 555r's (drag radials). about 40% tread life left for all 4. $650. 9/1/2008 12:22:55 AM |

We are posting our 2005 Mazda Tribute S for sale. The car has a V-6 engine with just over 41,000 miles on it. It has All-Wheel-Drive and ABS. Here are the options available on the vehicle:
Standard Air Conditioning Cruise Control Privacy Glass Power Steering AM/FM Stereo Alloy Wheels Power Windows Dual Front Air Bags Tilt Wheel Roof Rack Keyless Entry and security
Optional Power Door Locks Front Side Air Bags Leather Multi Compact Disc (in-dash) ABS (4-Wheel) Power Seat
This is a great driving vehicle! It gets about 19 mpg around town. There is still plenty of wear left on the non-original tires. The Continental Brand tires were replaced with Goodyear Wrangler ST's, which offer a much better ride than the Continentals. We are looking to sell to replace with a larger vehicle as our family grows. The car has been in a non-smoking household and the car has not been smoked in.
Price is $11,000 or make me an offer!
Call Andrew at 919-741-8535 or email arogers101@nc.rr.com for more information!

Polished CAI that I took off my S2000. This thing sounds great. It really growls once you get into the high RPM range. I was very surprised at how noticeable the sound difference is.
Part number IS1305P. Comes with the original Injen box (not pictured) and a few more clamps and things. Includes everything.
Summit Racing sells the CAI for $310. The K&N Cone Filter would be another $50 or so. $250 takes it.
Installation is pretty simple. Instructions can be found here: http://www.injen.com/galleries/products/31420071703SP1305_directions.pdf

i suppose i could leave the titles with my dad and you could work things out with him, but it would be easier to just do business with me. 9/16/2008 10:28:32 PM |

ivan, if you want the truck before i go, let's figure a time to do this. i'm trying to plan my last few days, as there's stuff i need to get done before i go. we can go look at the trailer, too, and send some pictures to joel if need be. 9/16/2008 11:44:03 PM |
BigBlueRam All American 16852 Posts user info edit post |
cool. lets do it saturday or sunday. i'll drag joel's ass along too, or at least get pics since he's the only one mainly interested in the trailer. you think we could go ahead a swap wheels/tires then too? my plan is to sell the suburban with stock shit. so, the dodge will be rollin the 24's, lol. 9/17/2008 12:09:32 AM |
theDuke866 All American 52839 Posts user info edit post |
shit, if you buy it, you can put tank tracks on it for all i care! if you need me to swap the wheels around for you, I can do that.
let's figure on doing it saturday. the truck is in durham; the trailer is in fuquay. I'll be driving up in the S-10, because I need to drop some stuff off with family to be stored while I'm in Iraq. I guess I can meet you in Durham to get the Ram...then we can drive the Ram down to Fuquay to check out the trailer. If you want the trailer, we can hitch it up and take it back to Durham, where you can drop me off and load your car on the trailer to drive back to your house in Raleigh.
alternately, if you don't want to get my trailer, you can drive your suburban with your trailer and just meet me in Durham to pick up the Ram. 9/17/2008 10:28:40 AM |

I'll check them out. I have bought tires from Rockside tires on S. Saunders St. near Garner and had a really good experience with them. There are also some guys at the indoor flea market on Capital that have a couple thousand used tires on hand for about the same price that you're talking about ($100-$120 a set installed.) Lots of options out there. I just have to start searching.

I got Z car shit that has to go.
(1) engine, in several pieces, but most is there. Needs thicker valve lash pads to use head as it is. Head has been decked 0.040" and I've got 3 sets of cam tower shims on there (lobes go offa rocker contact pads right now). Or you can use 2 sets of shims and not need thicker lash pads, but valve timing will be just a tad retarded. Set the sprocket up one setting advanced (but I recommend checking everything with a dial indicator and degree wheel).
Engine includes new bearings, new rings, new gaskets, a new timing set, and a new oil pump. And I have a header I'll throw in for a little extra. Header is supposed to fit early Z cars, but will work in a pinch on any L-series engine, won't work with any 280ZX.
Best offer.
Oh, and I have a Kaminari air dam that has to go too. 9/22/2008 4:06:42 PM |
