Unless you could convince the officers that you thought she had a weapon you would probably find yourself in jail for this. She was foiled by a grandmother who rolled up the window after all. Do you really want to gamble your freedom on your ability to convince a prosecutor and/or a jury that this woman was a threat to your life at this point in the conflict? Good luck with that.
