That was one exciting game to watch. Glad Staal is turning it around, looks like he has been playing with a lot more passion and the results are showing. Ward has looked a helluva lot better since returning from the groin injury and part of me wonders if it was a rest thing that was affecting his play. Though we gave Montreal a point, I'm happy with the result since we won another game which puts us within 6 of Washington and back in 8th place in the playoff race. Hopefully we can keep this streak going of not losing in Regulation and string together some more wins.

And by the way, hooray for Ruutu getting the game winner by crashing the net and scoring himself too.
