ooo that's a toughy... if you need a break from sci-fi etc then definitely Justified.

Supernatural has it's own mythology rules based upon urban legends and supernatural elements. Like, if you think vampires can only be a certain way then you wont like Supernatural. But once you start to get it it's really good, like most shows it's really good when you get into the second season.

I don't just go on runs or anything I interval train. it's annoying to plug that all in -_- especially my group workouts when it's hard to keep track of what I've actually done

once you've plugged it in once it's always there to be used again. So if you do the same parts of a workout or a different combo, just track your time and plug it in.

hmmm don't know what to say. If you know how many calories you're burning just make your own generic "personal exercise" and input your details/calories and use that each time. you want your food and exercise calories to balance out and make sure you're not over eating.


I believe there are devices you can wear to track burned calories. I dont have any experience with them.

How about you stop looking at the silly number on the scale, especially if you are gonna weigh yourself daily. Hormones, salt, water etc can make your weight fluctuate by as much a 10 lbs in 1 day. Take measurements and track that instead. Who cares if you lose 10lbs if its all muscle.....just my honest opinion.

I never caught that. Although, the more I think about it, the more that plot kind of irked me. I mean if he couldn't travel back in time to New York, why not just travel to somewhere else and take a train in? I'm glad Amy and Rory are gone, for as much as I enjoyed them, it is nice for someone new as a companion. I do wish Moffat just killed them off instead of sending them back in time.

I read a dreadfully long piece about how they should have gone female and compared everything to the ninth doctor and how blah blah blah it took me the entire to read it.

I think Capaldi is a great set up for a female down the road but not after Smith.

I think Capaldi will set up a good companion, one of the problems with the younger Doctor was that it seemed it was too easy for writers to fall into a trap of writing the Doctor to be a love interest for his companions.

Donna isn't my favorite companion. I just really appreciate her and I love her storyline.

Also, just because I like it doesn't mean I think it has to be that way for every companion. I hated the way Martha pined away and thought it was awkward.

Martha was the most forgettable companion to me, nothing she did really stood out. I mean, at least I remember Donna's story line and was sad about her ending, even though I didn't like the character that much. I barely remember how Martha ended, didn't she just leave?
