It's not a touristy, "to-do" thing, but I'm a fan of 7 Fish restaurant down there. El Siboney is also popular (Cuban cuisine). That, and go get some Key lime pie...and go get ripshit drunk on Duval Street. Obviously there's the Southernmost Point, Hemingway's House, etc.

Hemingway's House is crawling with a shitload of polydactyl cats.

I can't remember the name of that one restaurant where everybody sits outside...in the morning, there are roosters everywhere and then at night there are a ton of cats.

Oh and Hog's Breath Saloon is a cool little bar to get a drink at. They have a live webcam on their website where you can people watch.
